今天学到新东西

越看我就越觉得这些人很像ET. 今天学到一样东西， 叫 fat ebolism.
呜。。。 这个东西会让人没命的 ！它是什么　？














Fat emboli can occur whenever there is a chance for fat to enter the circulatory system,
such as during surgery.
A common scenario is fatty marrow entering the circulation after a fracture to a large long bones such as the femur or pelvis, or after surgery on such a bone. 大腿骨和屁股。

It can also occur during childbirth。

同事在这个时候开始讲一些东西让我有点惊讶。
一路来我也只是读书时就带过， 那天他们突然讲起， 当我们在做 Total hip replacement 时，
当cement 被 inject 去大腿骨时 ， 好几个同事都讲他们亲眼看着patient 死在手术台。。

简单的来讲，　我说，　当人的肥肥因为随着血疑流到器官，　譬如说肺，　这样，　就拜拜喽。。　


傻眼 ！huh !















每天对着一箱箱的instrument ，　然后突然间。。。　
所有人停下来。。。　噢。。。
